Your area of responsibility:
- Technical sales support of our hardware and software products
- Commissioning and training of our process control software (JMS4.0) at customer site
- Commissioning of robots and handling systems and their maintenance
- Commissioning and training of clamping systems
- Training and instruction at the customer
- Customer-oriented application consulting and telephone support
- Problem detection and elimination on site (software and hardware)
- System presentation as well as assembly and disassembly of our products at trade fairs and exhibitions
- Support at trade fairs and in-house exhibitions

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in a technical environment
- Technical understanding and experience in the field of PLC desirable
- Enthusiasm for technically demanding software and hardware solutions
- Willingness to travel (~70%, mainly Germany)
- Confident handling of MS Office products
- German native language, other languages advantageous
- Experience in tool and die making or production desirable
- Solution-oriented approach, ability to communicate and work in a team, personal responsibility, confident appearance, consulting skills
- Driving license class B (3)
