For the reinforcement of our team, we are looking for an established and competent team member immediately or by arrangement:
Votre domaine d'activité:
- Order processing for SE, DK, FI, NO, IS
- Clarification of availability, delivery dates with headquarters
- Order entry into the ERP System (Sage Bäurer)
- Change orders (in coordination with the Headquarter)
- Establish of order confirmation, invoice and delivery note
- Organization of transportation incl. negotiation with carrier
- Notification of dispatch to forwarding agents and customers
- Processing of headquarter deliveries, customer deliveries and storage
- Warehouse management (packing and shipping of the ordered goods)
- Prepare, manage and monitor price lists
- Management of article and customer master data
- General correspondence and office work
- Support on exhibitions and open house

Votre profil:
- Completed education as an office administrator or similar
- Several years of experience in administration
- Swedish native language
- Good written and spoken English skills
